Delete from the app
- 1Open the StudioAsist app and sign in with your account.
- 2Tap the Menu tab in the bottom bar.
- 3Tap Delete account.
- 4Enter your password, confirm closing the studio if asked, and finish with the Delete account button.
If you can't access the app
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, send an e-mail with the subject "Account deletion request" to destek@studioasist.com from the e-mail address registered to your account, or include your phone number. We will delete your account after verifying your identity.
Data that is deleted
- Your user account is closed and marked as deleted; it can no longer be used to sign in.
- Your name, email address, phone number, national ID number, address and profile picture are erased from the account; in the studio's records the account appears as a deleted user.
- All your open sessions on every device are terminated.
- The push notification registration of the device you delete from is removed.
Data that is retained
- The studio's business records (customers, events, proposals and agreements, payments, photos) belong to the studio and are kept for the studio's other users.
- Payment and invoice records, as well as security and audit logs, are kept for the period required by applicable law.
- For other personal data of yours in the studio's records, you can send your data protection (KVKK) requests to the email address below.
If you are the studio's only administrator
If the studio has no other administrator, you must grant administrator rights to another user or confirm closing the studio before deleting your account. If the studio is closed, other users can no longer sign in either; the studio's data is not deleted but kept in an inactive state.
